| NEW YEAR POLICY |
| No departures are allowed on the 31 st of December or the 1st of January. |

Il Tavolino Italian Restaurant will be available for season starting 01.11.2024. ('Luchador' & 'Il Tavolino' will not be available for HB/ FB/ AI boards on Friday for Dinner and on Saturday – Lunch/ Dinner). |

| Extra beds can be only placed in the rooms with KING beds. Aloft Family King is having sofa bed in the leaving room. |
| EARLY DEPARTURE POLICY: Regardless of early departure of a particular reservation, all originally booked room nights (whether or not consumed) of such reservation and applicable taxes will be billed. |
| NAME CHANGES: No change of guest name is allowed after reservation is booked. Any guest name modification considered as cancellation. |
